Review of 3D Short Stay Surgery - RLH written by a patient

I came into A&E the other night. It took 12 hours, 6 sat in a chair in the corridor of cubicles to find me a bed. Then I was put onto a surgical ward. I have a serious heart valve infection yet was left for 10 hours overnight asking repeatedly for a doctor. In excruciating pain and not being given enough pain medication. As for the food. I have coeliac disease so follow a very strict diet. The menu isn't marked with what is gluten free. You just tick the box for the gf option and get what you're given. Which inevitability is disgusting. Very let down by the whole hospital

Review of Renal Wards (9E & 9F) - RLH written by a patient

Overall the the urinal department(9f) is very good, staff are extremely friendly and treat patients very well. However I would say other certain other warxs need to catch up to this type of service so the same type of care and service is given through out the the hospital.

Review of 9 CD Dialysis - RLH written by a patient

Delays for buzz. Scan of empty after bladder seemed inaccurate reason why is due to passing 150 ml after scan (which was meant to be 28ml). This made more uncertain and scared. Nurse was told to remove the catheter bag and a bung to replace, hence preventing flow. When I told doctor, he looked and didn't do it corrrectly. The reception in the ward seems more of social workplace at unreasonable times .
